Voices For A Better World

Since 2003, the AJR Refugee Voices Archive has been recording the testimonies of survivors of Nazi oppression who found refuge in the UK. This film explores their reflections at the end of these ground-breaking oral history interviews. When all is said and done, how do they make sense of their disrupted lives? What do they worry about now? What are their hopes? What advice do they have for us, and for future generations?

Voices for a Better World is a window into the experiences of Holocaust survivors and refugees, that lets us reflect on the legacy and future resonance of testimonies.
